DUI/RISK REDUCTION

A Georgia Community Choice (AGCC) offers the best option for DUI/Risk Reduction and Defensive Driving classes in the South Georgia area. We are dedicated to providing the best instruction in a clean, professional and friendly setting. If you have or know someone who has been charged with the following:

DUI

Drug Possession

Reckless Driving- Alcohol or Drug Related

Under Age Possession of Alcohol and/or Drugs

Other Drug Offenses

Georgia State Law requires you to complete a 20hr. DUI/Risk Reduction Program Certified by the Georgia Department of Driver Service before your driver’s license can be reinstated and/or to satisfy your court/probation stipulations.

Step 1 – The Assessment

First you are required to complete an Assessment which is a 130-questionnaire about you and your lifestyle. it takes approximately 30-45 minutes and costs $100.00. You may take the assessment anytime during our regular business hours. if you are unable to take the Assessment anytime during our normal business hours, please contact us to set up a day and time convenient for you.

Step 2 – The 20-hour DUI/Risk Reduction Course

Once you have completed the Assessment, you must attend the 20-hour in classroom course called the DUI class or Risk Reduction Program. The cost for the 20hr course and workbook is $260, which should be paid on or before the first day of class.

Please Note:

The total cost of the DUI/RRP is $360 ($100- Assessment + $235- Intervention + $25- Workbook). All fees are set by State of Georgia.
